Visitors

The site measures itself with first-party analytics built into the application. No cookie is set for it, no third-party script loads, and the analytics never store your IP address. Each visitor is represented by an anonymous identifier derived from the day, your address and your browser, which changes every day and cannot be reversed. Page views, where you clicked, how far you scrolled and how long you stayed are recorded against that identifier so the site can be improved; nothing you type is ever recorded. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the in-page tracker does not run at all.

Members

An account stores your name, username, email address, password hash, and whatever you choose to put in your bio, website and avatar. Your posts, replies and votes are public and shown on your profile. You can edit or remove them, and edit your profile, from your account page. A session cookie keeps you signed in and a CSRF token cookie protects forms; those are the only cookies the site sets. The session store keeps the address and browser of each active session for its lifetime (two hours of inactivity) and then discards them.

Market data

Nothing on this site loads from another domain. Coin logos are served by the registry itself (mirrored from the exchanges' currency lists, or drawn as the registry's own marks), the fonts are self-hosted, and there is no market-data provider, font host or tracker in between.
