Write to hello@chainregistry.net for anything: a wrong figure, a missing coin, a question about your account, a problem with the app. Reports of posts and replies are reviewed within 24 hours; other messages are answered within a few days.

Report a post or a reply

On the website, open the post and use Report under the post or the reply, choose a reason and add details if you like. In the app, tap the … menu on a post or a reply and choose Report. You need to be signed in; one report per member per item is enough. The moderators can remove the content and ban the member who wrote it.

Block a member

On a member's profile page, or from the … menu on their post in the app, choose Block. From then on nothing that member writes is shown to you, anywhere. You can unblock from the same place, or from Blocked members in the app's Account screen.

Delete your account

On the website, go to your account and use Delete account; in the app, open Account and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. Your profile, posts, replies, votes, corrections, alerts and notification registration are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Price alerts and notifications

Alerts are set per device in the app. Turning notifications off in the app forgets the device and its alerts; so does deleting your account. A device that has not received a notification for a long time may be forgotten too.
